Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours?

We're open Tuesday to Friday 10AM–6PM (until 8PM Thursdays), Saturday 10AM–5PM, Sunday 12PM–5PM, and closed Mondays.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We recommend booking ahead online or by phone to guarantee a time slot, but walk-ins are welcome based on same-day availability.

Do you see children for eye exams?

Yes, our licensed optometrist sees patients of all ages. Many extended health plans and OHIP (for eligible ages) help cover the cost of children's eye exams.

What insurance do you accept?

We direct bill most major insurance companies for eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses, so in most cases you won't need to pay upfront and submit a claim yourself.

Are your designer frames genuine?

Yes. We buy directly from authorized distributors, not grey-market resellers, and every frame is checked by our licensed opticians before it's sold.

Can I bring my own frames for new lenses?

In many cases, yes — bring your frames in and our opticians will assess whether they're suitable for new prescription lenses.

Do you offer eyewear repairs and adjustments?

Yes, we offer frame adjustments and minor repairs, including free adjustments for frames purchased with us.

Do you serve patients outside Mississauga?

Yes — we regularly see patients from Etobicoke, Brampton, and Oakville, in addition to Mississauga neighbourhoods like Cooksville, Dixie, Applewood, and Port Credit, at our Dixie Road boutique.

Ready for frames people ask about?

Book an eye exam online or call our East Mississauga boutique to get started.
